'A thoroughly English Idyll'

Spent a glorious day with Helle at The Old Rectory B&B taking photos for English Home Magazine which is now out in the shops!   The sun shone all day for us which made it all the more glorious!!  Hele welcomed us into her beautiful home which is now running as a successful Bed and Breakfast and she made us feel totally at ease.

The house is stunning and we had a great deal of fun all day, putting together pictures.  Hele had already put together some posies of wild flowers and blossoms from around her garden.

How simple and beautiful!

Inspired by the glorious weather Hele created a beautiful backdrop to this kitchen shot, by opening the parasol and dressing the table. Look at that garden view and I love the colour of the parasol which blends beautifully with garden.

These calming pastel greens really work

Hele has collected these pebbles and has transformed them into an interesting artistic feature in the entrance porchway.
